Pollen is a bakery & cafe. Using the finest ingredients we have been baking sourdough, pastries & cakes since 2016. We also serve a seasonal brunch menu & specialty coffee at both our Kampus & Ancoats bakeries.
Situated within the Kampus development offering a full brunch + lunch menu alongside speciality coffee. Our onsite pastry kitchen serves up our full range of sourdough loaves, cakes and pastries, available to eat in or take away.
